Dawn Cook has extensive experience in the business sector. Dawn began their career in 1997 as Vice President at FuneralCall and OmniCall. Dawn then moved to Senior Vice President at Funeral Call/Omni Communications in the same year. In 2009, they founded Bella Coffee - Italian Coffee House and sold it to an employee family in 2010. In 2013, they became Owner/CEO of Efficiency Expert LLC. In 2015, they became Owner of First Call Answering Service. Dawn then joined ProComm, Inc. in 2012 as Systems Analyst/Business Consultant. In 2017, they were appointed as Director of Call Center Operations at LogicomUSA®. Finally, in 2021 they became Owner/CEO of Bella Coffee.

Dawn Cook graduated from Bowdon High School. In August 2016, they obtained a Pre-Need Insurance Sales certification.
