Suzanne Chou

Suzanne Chou has extensive experience in sourcing and procurement. Suzanne currently works as the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Indirect Procurement at Big Lots since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sourcing and Procurement for Big Lots at LogicSource, Inc. starting from May 2019.

Chou has a long history with Big Lots, starting in 2005 as a Purchasing Agent and later becoming a Purchasing Supervisor. In these roles, they managed various aspects of the purchasing department, including RFP activity, cost savings initiatives, and supply chain management. Suzanne also gained experience overseeing in-house contractors and managing the in-house Print Shop and mailroom.

Before joining Big Lots, Chou worked at Mast Industries as a Production Coordinator for Global Sourcing and Production, where they managed and bid large-scale production orders for multiple categories. Suzanne also worked at EXPRESS as an Assistant Buyer for the women's activewear category, where they placed orders with overseas factories and assisted with open-to-buy analysis.

Suzanne Chou earned a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising from The Ohio State University in 1997.
