Adrian Mlodzianowski began their work experience in 2015 as a Support Analyst at Original Source Up To Date Festival. Adrian then transitioned to Logicworks, where they held various roles over the years. Adrian started as a NOC Engineer, responsible for infrastructure design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and server configuration. Adrian later became a Systems Engineer, focusing on building and supporting client infrastructure in AWS, implementing automation, and providing network services. Adrian then progressed to the role of Senior Systems Engineer, where they contributed to platform development. In their most recent position as Senior Platform Engineer and AWS Lead, Adrian interviewed and mentored new team members, introduced coding standards, and facilitated the adoption of development tools to enhance code quality.
Adrian Mlodzianowski obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Bialystok University of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
