Mark Dickie

Mark Dickie has over 20 years of work experience in the field of curriculum development and training. Mark began their career in 1998 as a Training Manager at NetSuiteDevelopment. In 1999, they moved to Cisco Systems as a Training Operations Manager. In 2000, they joined Alcatel as an Instructional Designer. In 2004, they moved to Nielsen Media Research in the same role. In 2005, they became a Training Manager at Sonitrol Corporation. In 2006, they held two positions as Director of Education Services at Tazz Networks and Manager - Customer Education at Sycamore Networks. In 2014, they joined Cisco as an Education Specialist IV. In 2016, they moved to Oracle as a Principal Curriculum Developer and was later promoted to Senior Principal Curriculum Developer. In 2023, they joined Logik.io Commerce Engine as a Head Trainer & Curriculum Developer.

Mark Dickie obtained a BS in Business Management/Computer Science from Boston College between 1979 and 1983. Mark also holds a certification from Oracle as a Red Ribbon Member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, obtained in July 2021.
