Roshni Rai began their career in 2018 as a Human Resources Consultant for Consultancy. In 2021, they joined Exemplar Global Resources Pvt Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and also took on the role of Talent Acquisition - BD via Exemplar Global Service for BD. In 2022, they became the Human Capital Manager for LogiNext.

Roshni Rai completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in 2012, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Roshni also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from ANNIE BESANT COLLEGE, AAU.
