David McMonagle

David McMonagle has worked in the software industry since 2017. David'scurrent role is as a Support Engineer (Remote) at Logistyx Technologies (now part of E2open), which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Software Implementation Consultant at Inisoft Ltd in 2021 and an Application Support Analyst at Reynolds and Reynolds UK in 2019. David began their career in 2017 as a Technical Support Engineer at Ideagen Plc. In each role, their responsibilities have included customer support, technical support, data imports and exports, and knowledge base management.

David McMonagle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Networked Systems Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2013 and 2016. David also earned an ITIL Foundation v3 certification from Cybrary in April 2017.
