Jit Kulkarni

Jit Kulkarni is the current Chief Financial Officer at Logistyx. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Kyriba from May 2017 to March 2019. Jit was also the Head of Finance and Accounting at Protegrity from September 2014 to May 2017, and the Director of Finance and Accounting at Triple Point Technology from January 2012 to August 2014.

Kulkarni has extensive experience in finance and accounting, and has played a key role in various companies' budgeting processes, strategic planning, and investor relations. Jit has also been instrumental in implementing new policies and procedures, as well as evaluating and executing M&A opportunities.

Jit Kulkarni has completed an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Jit is also a Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant, and has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai.
