Rachel Cougan

Rachel Cougan is the current VP of People at Logixboard. Rachel has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Logixboard for just under a year. Prior to Logixboard, Rachel was with Reverb as a Senior People Ops Consultant from January 2021 to September 2021. At Hiya, they led talent, people operations, and facilities. Rachel oversaw the recruiting function, led employee experience & engagement, built and led internal training programs, created a new compensation (salary and equity) and benefits strategies, was the point-person for their COVID-19 crisis communications and response, and much more. Rachel built out and led a People Team of eight, and together they grew the employees from about 90 to just shy of 150 in their time at Hiya.
