Andrea Anderson began their work experience in 2002 as a District Manager for ADP, where they sold B2B solutions for payroll and tax filing services. Andrea then worked as a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from 2006 to 2011, using a consultative sales process to secure co-employment relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. From 2011 to 2013, Andrea was an Enterprise Law Firm Consultant at Thomson Reuters, responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts, as well as acquiring new ones. Andrea then worked as a Regional Sales Consultant at TriNet from 2013 to 2015, selling PEO services to professional companies through consultative selling. At CareerArc, Andrea held the role of Enterprise Manager, Sales and Business Development from 2015 to 2017, where they sold B2B social media technology enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies. In 2018, they were an Enterprise Sales Manager at CrunchTime!, and in 2019, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Splunk. Currently, Andrea is a Regional Sales Manager at LogRhythm, a world leader in NextGen SIEM, where they help organizations reduce risk by detecting and responding to cyberthreats.

Andrea Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Andrea attended the university from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Andrea obtained the Splunk Cloud Hero certification from Splunk Cloud Heroes in May 2020.
