Dennis Stoltenberg

Dennis Stoltenberg has over 30 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Their most recent role is the Managing Director of Human Resources at SRS Acquiom, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at LogRhythm from January 2015 to the present. In this role, they led all global HR functions for the security software company.

Before joining LogRhythm, Stoltenberg worked as an Independent Consultant from 2013 to 2014 and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Abound Solar from February 2009 to July 2012, where they experienced significant employee growth before the company filed for bankruptcy. Dennis also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Webroot from October 2007 to February 2009, where they focused on developing consistent HR processes and employee development.

Stoltenberg's previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Quark from April 2006 to October 2007, Vice President of Human Resources at Maui Land and Pineapple from January 2005 to April 2006, and Vice President of Human Resources at GE Access from 1997 to 2004.

Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Organizational Development at Rocky Mountain Healthcare and Owner/Consultant at Training Impact, Inc. Dennis has a wealth of experience in managing HR functions, leading cultural shifts, and implementing innovative strategies.

Dennis Stoltenberg received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1967 to 1971.
