Matthew Sarafian

Matthew Sarafian is currently the Chief People Officer at LogRhythm. Prior to this, they were the Vice President M&A Integration at Majesco from September 2021 to February 2022. Matthew has also been the VP Global Human Resources and Operations at Compuware from June 1999 to April 2021. In this role, they were selected as Head of Human Resources and was responsible for leading Talent Management, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Employee Relations, and M&A. Matthew also oversaw Global Administration, Sales Compensation, Facilities, Real Estate, Software License Management, and Business Continuity Planning/ ISO functions.
