Richard Webley has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and IT. Richard is currently employed by LogRhythm as an Advanced Technical Support Engineer. Richard also handled hardware and software procurement, installation, maintenance, and end-user support. Earlier in their career, they worked at Kenure Developments Ltd as an IT Systems Administrator, where they supported and maintained the company's in-house IT infrastructure and handled tasks such as UNIX system administration and implementation of the company's mail server.

Richard Webley has a diverse educational background with a focus on IT and business studies. In 2020, they attended Global Knowledge Belgium - a Skillsoft company, where they completed a course in ITIL 4 Foundation.

In 2009, Richard Webley enrolled at Farnborough College of Technology and studied City & Guilds - HTML & Web-Site Design. During the same year, they also pursued a course in Cisco Network Fundamentals at the same institution.

In 2002, Richard Webley undertook a program in City & Guilds - Oracle Relational Database Management Systems, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of technology.
