Susan Cotter

Susan Cotter is the Vice President of People at LogRocket. Prior to their current role, Cotter served as the Senior Director of People Business Partnering at Indigo from October 2016 to April 2021. Cotter has also held HR roles at C Space and L.E.K. Consulting, and started their career in recruiting at Ropes & Gray LLP.

Susan Cotter has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester. Susan is certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in PHR and by SHRM in SHRM-CP.
