Ariel Alejandro Sosa has a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and consulting. Ariel Alejandro is currently the Executive Director at América Solidaria Argentina, where they ensure compliance with the organization's purpose and oversees financial sustainability. Ariel Alejandro Sosa started their education in 2001 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a degree in arquitectura (architecture) until 2009, although they did not complete the program.

Ariel Alejandro later obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2021, they completed the Coach Ontológico Profesional program from Escuela de Formación de Líderes, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2018, they completed the Couching para el Liderazgo Creativo program from the Center for Creative Leadership.

In 2011, Ariel completed the Programa Integral de Administración de Proyectos from PMvalue. Additionally, in 2009, they completed the Programa de Formación de Mandos Medios from the Instituto Madero - Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo.

Their most recent certification is the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2022.
