Heidi Poikonen

Heidi Poikonen is an accomplished Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in various roles related to nutrition and dietary management. Currently, Heidi serves as a Registered Dietitian at Terveystalo and Lohjan kaupunki since March 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Previous positions include Sales Coordinator and Quality Assurance Manager at Leipurin Oyj, where Heidi worked for several years, with a brief period of study leave. Heidi also completed dietetic internships at Kymsote and the City of Helsinki. The educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Eastern Finland and a Master of Food Sciences in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Helsinki. Additionally, experience as a Research Assistant at the Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin laitos and as a Salesperson at Terveyskauppa Sitriini Oy enriches Heidi's professional portfolio.
