Dr. Marco Bastian

Dr. Marco Bastian has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Dr. Marco started their career at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, where they held multiple positions such as Research Staff, Project Manager R&D, Project Manager Technical Service, Business Development Manager Automobilzulieferer, International Key Account Manager Automotive Supplier EMEA, and Business Manager Components. Dr. Bastian then worked at WiN Emscher-Lippe GmbH as a Cluster Manager before moving to cph as a Business Director. Currently, they are employed at Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG as the Director BU TP EMEA + SEA Sales, after holding the roles of Head of EMEA 1 and Global Senior Market Manager Transportation.

Dr. Marco Bastian obtained a Diplom in Biologie from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the period from 1990 to 1997. Dr. Marco then pursued a Promotion in Chemie from Albertus Magnus Universität zu Köln, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Later, they attended CUR Westfälische Universität Münster, where they earned an MBA in Controlling & Accounting in the academic year 2006-2007.
