Juan Manuel Plaza Izquierdo, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juan Manuel began their career as a Development Engineer at IVM Technical Consultants, where they focused on the development and prototyping of new car designs for the VW Group in Spain. Juan Manuel then joined KUKA Global as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2004. Juan then moved on to Ferroberica, where they served as an Industrial Operations Manager, handling operations projects and working closely with the industrial direction team. Since 2009, they have been with Lohmann Spain S.A., starting as an Operations and Technical Manager before being promoted to Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for the Iberian market. In this role, Juan is responsible for implementing innovative bonding solutions and providing high-quality adhesive tapes for the industry.

Juan Manuel Plaza Izquierdo, MBA has a diverse education history. Juan Manuel began their academic journey by completing an engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical, and Electronics at Universitat Rovira i Virgili from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Automatics and Robotics, specializing in PAIR, from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed from 1997 to 1998.

In 2004, Juan Manuel Plaza Izquierdo further expanded their knowledge by undertaking a post-degree program in Project Management at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. This program provided him with additional expertise and skills in this field.

To augment their business acumen, they enrolled in the Executive MBA program at EADA Business School from 2006 to 2008. This program focused on providing advanced knowledge and skills in various areas of business.
