Jesus Baca, P.E., MSc, PMP, currently serves as a Transportation Engineer III at the Texas Department of Transportation since June 2023 and as a Ph.D. Research Associate at The University of Texas at El Paso since August 2022. Previously, Jesus worked as the CMT Department Manager at LOI Engineers from June 2017 to June 2023 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso from June 2018 to May 2021. Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at El Paso, completing studies in December 2019.
