Alexsandra Resende is an experienced professional in CRM and trade marketing, currently serving as Gerente de CRM at Lojas REDE since November 2024. Previously, Alexsandra held the position of Regional Key Account Manager at Dotz Inc., managing key retail accounts and leading a team of consultants to identify business opportunities and enhance customer retention. With a strong foundation in trade marketing, Alexsandra has developed and implemented various CRM strategies at Grupo Super Nosso, where roles included managing trade marketing for both direct and indirect channels.
