Aslida Cervantes

Aslida Cervantes is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in eCommerce and inventory management. Currently serving as the North America Operations Manager at LOJEL since July 2018, Aslida oversees daily operations across sales, inventory, customer service, deliveries, and returns, while maintaining communication with the Asia team. As an Ecommerce Consultant, Aslida contributed to expanding LOJEL's online presence by establishing logistics and customer service solutions. Previously, Aslida held various managerial roles at HITCASE from October 2011 to 2023, including Operations Manager and Ecommerce Inventory Manager, ensuring smooth operations and managing marketing campaigns. Additionally, Aslida was the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager and Purchasing Inventory Manager at Iceberg Commerce Inc. from October 2007 to September 2011, overseeing financial reports and sourcing manufacturers.
