Dan Molina

Dan Molina is the Director of Software Engineering at Lokavant. Dan has over 10 years of experience in the software engineering field. Dan Molina started their career as a software engineer at Townsquare Media in January 2017. Dan was quickly promoted to Senior Software Engineer in charge of leading a 5 person team. In this role, they were responsible for the architecture and development of a website builder SASS platform. This platform improved the $30M business of providing turn-key Small Business Aps by increasing load efficiency, security and streamline e-commerce, reporting and dashboard services. In July 2018, Dan Molina left Townsquare Media to join FixtHub as their Senior Full Stack Engineering Lead. In this role, they provided technical direction, architecture and strategic planning for the development of the FixtHub TradeGen platform. The FixtHub TradeGen platform finds Bond Market outliers and counterparties with data science. Dan Molina was responsible for ensuring that the development team performed within set technical guidelines by providing standard operating procedures. Dan also assigned each team member specific tasks and oversaw their performance. Dan Molina was accountable for ensuring project delivery excellence within tight timelines and incorporating on going client feedback. In July 2019, Dan Molina left FixtHub to join Lokavant as their Director of Software Engineering.

Dan Molina's educational career began with a CTA in programming from Columbia University in the City of New York. Dan then went on to earn their BS in leadership and management studies from New York University.

They work with Jaimie Catoe - Director, Data Engineering, Brian Monroe - Senior Director, DevOps & Information Technology, and Tasha Ciufi - Scrum Master. A direct report to Dan Molina is and Andrew Boskin - Senior Software Engineer. Dan Molina reports to Jim Downhower, VP, Technology.
