Alan Dyke

Alan Dyke has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Alan began their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at VisiCom Laboratories Inc. In 2005, they moved to L-3 Communications as a Software Engineer. Alan then joined Retail Inkjet Solutions in 2007 as a Software Development Manager. In 2010, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Web Performance Group, NeuStar, Inc. In 2013, they joined D&K Engineering as a Principal Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they became Director, Software Engineering and Principal Software Engineer at Plexium.

Alan Dyke obtained their B.Sc and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University between 1986 and 1993. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Data Science from Coursera. Alan is also currently pursuing a certification in Introduction to Artificial Intelligence from Udacity.
