Jesse F.

Jesse F. is an experienced professional with a wide range of work experience. Jesse began their career in 2004 as a Manager at BearingPoint (now Deloitte Emerging Markets). In 2005, they moved to Enclude Holding, where they served as Managing Director of Capacity Solutions and Vice President of Inclusive and Digital Finance. In 2015, they began working at the Aga Khan Development Network as General Manager of the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance. In 2020, they took a professional sabbatical and provided strategic and design support to various initiatives. Since 2021, they have been working with Shining Rock Ventures as Principal & CEO, NRSP Microfinance Bank as Non Executive Director, BFA Global as Team Lead of the Climate Innovation for Adaptation and Resilience (CIFAR) Alliance Secretariat and Senior Advisor of Climate Adaptation & Resilience, Appalachian Community Capital as Senior Strategy Advisor and Strategy Team Lead, Lokyata as Non Executive Director, and HiveTracks as a Seed Investor.
