Lauren Knutson

Lauren Knutson is currently an Operations Strategist at Lola Red. Prior to their current position, Lauren was an Aesthetic Consultant at Ideal Image from April 2021 to February 2022. In this role, Lauren was responsible for leading virtual sales consultations, managing client scheduling needs, handling customer complaints and refund requests, driving sales results, maintaining detailed records of completed transactions and patients, building strong relationships with clients, and providing value and education to clients on products, procedures, and financing/payment options.

Before their role at Ideal Image, Lauren was a Bridal Consultant & Lead Trainer at Bella Bianca Bridal Couture from August 2018 to March 2021. In this role, Lauren was responsible for helping brides find their perfect wedding dress, providing expert styling advice, overseeing the bridal salon's training program, and leading a team of bridal consultants.

Lauren began their career as an Instructor at The Bar Method in July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for teaching a variety of barre fitness classes, providing guidance and motivation to students, and maintaining a clean and safe studio environment. Lauren then transitioned into the role of Assistant Manager at Sarah Seven in July 2018, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the store, managed a team of sales associates, and assisted customers with finding the perfect dress for their special occasion. Prior to their career in the fashion industry, Lauren worked as a Server at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from November 2012 to March 2016.
