Don Gress

Donald Gress, MBA 1986, has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board of Directors member for Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester, Donald has been instrumental in the organization since 2014. Previously, as Vice President at Honeywell from April 2011 to September 2020, Donald focused on financing energy performance projects. During a decade at M&T Bank, Donald structured and sold over $350 million in leasing business, achieving the highest leasing sales volume in two consecutive years. Additional experience includes a vice presidential role at Nationsbank, supporting the Inacom Corporation, and various positions at Eastman Kodak from 1982 to 1999. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Information Systems from Buffalo State University.
