Stephanie McDonald is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner for LIMRA/LOMA/LL Global, Inc. since June 2001, Stephanie previously held positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager at Flooring America, where responsibilities included managing employee relations across a large region during the company's bankruptcy process, and Senior Human Resources Manager at ADP TotalSource, overseeing HR activities for numerous clients. Earlier career experience includes serving as Training Manager and Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Stephanie contributed to the HR functions for multiple new hotel openings across the U.S. and Mexico. Stephanie's education was obtained at Brookhaven College in Dallas, TX.
