Joe S. has extensive experience in leadership and program management within public and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Place Applications Service Lead at the London Borough of Camden since June 2014, Joe S. has held various roles including Service Support & Improvement Lead and Digital and Data Services Transition & Scheduling Lead. Prior to this, Joe S. was the Strategic Programme Lead for the Customer Management Programme at The British Library from September 2012 to May 2014, and Head of Digital Programmes at BPP for a brief period in 2011. Joe S. also served as Head of the National Identity Scheme at the Identity and Passport Service in early 2010. Joe S. holds a BSc in Management & Systems from City, University of London, and a Diploma in Leadership from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.
