Will Pressley

Will joined London Bridge Hospital in 2018 from Spire Healthcare, where he led the building and commissioning of a new hospital in Nottingham, before managing it. This hospital achieved a Care Quality Commission Outstanding rating at its first inspection.

Will originally trained and worked as a physiotherapist before taking up his first management role as CEO of HFS Ltd in 2011. He then joined Spire as Hospital Director at Regency Hospital in 2013. Here he developed a strategic partnership with local GPs, delivering wrap around surgical care in the community to improve patient outcomes and experience.
