Andy Harford Smith is a seasoned learning and development professional currently serving as Learning Director for Quality and Learning & Impact at London Business School since January 2019. With extensive experience at Nestlé, including roles as Leadership & Organisational Development Lead and Talent, Training & Organisation Development Manager for the Nordic Region, Andy has successfully integrated talent management and Lean principles to enhance organizational effectiveness.
