Emily Overington

Emily Overington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Manager of Global Organisation Development and Learning at Shell since March 2019, Emily also holds the position of Leadership Coach at London Business School since August 2022. Prior roles include Partner for Emerging Markets at SHL and various positions at CEB, including Executive Advisor and Senior Advisor in Human Resources Consulting. Early in the career, Emily worked as an Associate in Multinational Sales and Marketing at Intel Corporation. Emily holds an Executive Strategy Programme degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSc Hons in International Business and Modern Languages (German) from Aston Business School.
