Martin Kmiecik

Martin Kmiecik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultancy, luxury travel, and event management. As the Co-Founder of Diversity Pride, Martin has been instrumental in advancing global inclusion initiatives since July 2016. Martin also founded TravBEAT, a bespoke luxury travel agency, and has served as the Head of DEI at Circana. Prior experience includes roles at London Business School, Gay Times, TEDx University of Brighton, and Pride in London, where Martin led significant event and sponsorship initiatives. Martin holds bachelor's degrees in International Events Management from the University of Brighton and Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the University of Wroclaw.
