Jay Crossland

Jay Crossland's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Team Leader/Sales Coach at Lombard. Jay then transitioned to roles at IKEA Group, starting as a Call Centre Supervisor in 2001 and progressing to roles such as Contact Centre Manager, Customer Distribution Transport Business Developer, Deputy Customer Distribution Manager, and finally Transport Manager, North Europe. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Distribution Operations, where they were responsible for business growth and expansion in Poland and Eastern Europe. During their time at IKEA, they successfully implemented major warehousing extension projects and drove significant growth in online sales. In 2019, they joined OBABY LIMITED as the Head of Operations, where they led the operations team and was responsible for production, purchasing, quality control, new product development, and distribution operations. In 2020, they moved to Hermes as the Head of Hubs, North UK, before taking on the role of Chief Operations Officer at London Lash Pro in 2021.

Jay Crossland attended Brinsworth Comprehensive School from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). Following that, they pursued their A Levels at Thomas Rotherham College of Arts & Technology from 1992 to 1995. No degree was specified for their A Levels.
