Eleanor Hruzik

Eleanor Hruzik's work experience includes being Head of Business Change at the London Metal Exchange, where they developed the Business Change framework and facilitated the annual business change budgeting and portfolio planning process. Eleanor was also a Senior Manager at Deloitte UK, specializing in the design and execution of complex programs in the investment bank setting, with particular experience in client outreach and re-documentation. At Goldman Sachs, they worked as an Executive Director, leading FX projects and regulatory initiatives and setting up a new banking and broker dealer entity for Europe. Eleanor also worked as a Project Manager at Goldman Sachs and a Systems Tester at DST International.

Eleanor Hruzik attended North London Collegiate School from 1990 to 1997, where they completed their A-levels in German, French, and History. From 1998 to 2002, Eleanor studied at the University of Bristol, earning a Joint Honours BA degree. Eleanor'sstudies at Bristol focused on German and French.
