Lily MacFoy

Lily Macfoy is currently an ITSM Analyst at London Metal Exchange. Prior to this, Lily worked as an IT Service Management Analyst at BGC Partners, where Lily supported critical IT processes and facilitated CAB meetings. Before that, at BGC Partners, Lily held the role of eOperations Analyst, collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot application-related incidents. Lily has also gained experience as a Quality Control Analyst and Customer Service Advocate at Financial Ombudsman Service. With a background in data research analysis and audit internships, Lily holds a Master's degree in Management and Finance from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Covenant University.
