Emma Levy

Emma Levy is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently employed at the Museum of London since May 2016. In this role, Emma is responsible for shaping and delivering an organisational learning and development plan that aligns with the museum’s strategic objectives, as well as delivering internal training and facilitating external learning events. Prior to this position, Emma served as a Training and Development Advisor at The British Museum from November 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing internal training provision and delivering various training sessions. Additionally, Emma has experience as a Business Trainer at Capita, where Emma conducted comprehensive training packages, and as a Team Leader at First Assist Services, overseeing a team of call centre agents and managing their performance and development.
