Oliver Gant

Oliver Gant is currently the HR Director at London Overground Rail Operations Ltd. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at East Midlands Trains from August 2015 to November 2017. Before that, they were the Head of HR - Added Value at 2 Sisters Food Group from April 2013 to July 2015.

Gant has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various leadership roles in HR for over 10 years. Oliver has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that have resulted in improved employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as increased productivity and profitability for their organizations.

Gant is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans that will achieve objectives. Oliver is also an excellent communicator and motivator, able to inspire and engage employees at all levels.

Oliver Gant has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from University Campus Suffolk, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of East Anglia, and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Brunel University London. Oliver is also certified by the CIPD as a Chartered Fellow, by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as an MCIPD, and by the British Psychological Society as a BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A.
