Nayan Rughani (ACMA, CGMA) currently serves as the Managing Director - Strategy & Operations and Finance Director at London & Partners, overseeing finance, IT, business excellence, facilities, and compliance since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nayan spent nearly a decade at EY, where positions included Senior Manager in Government & Public Sector Consulting and Chief of Staff to the UK&I COO. Key accomplishments at EY encompassed acting as interim Finance Director for the NHS Supply Chain, leading the creation of a new government company, and advising on financial transformations within healthcare. Nayan's earlier experience includes a Senior Finance Manager role at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and diverse placements during a Finance Graduate Trainee position within the NHS.
