Joanna Fielding

Joanna Fielding serves as the Group Head of Transformation and Chief Financial Officer for Data & Analytics at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2022. Prior experiences include roles as Finance Director for Personal Banking at NatWest Group and RBS, as well as Chief Operating Officer for Global Finance at Worldpay. Joanna has held several executive positions at HSBC, including Chief Financial Officer of HSBC Global Services and as an Accountable Executive for the Oracle Fusion implementation. Additional experience encompasses a lengthy tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, where Joanna served as Chief Financial Officer across various regions and sectors. Joanna has also contributed to initiatives at the Global Banking Alliance for Women and the British Chamber of Commerce in China. Educational achievements include programs at Harvard Business School, London Business School, and Saïd Business School, along with qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Salford.
