Madeleine Stamvik is an experienced Principal Service Designer at LSEG since March 2023 and the Owner of BraVa! since April 2013, demonstrating a strong background in creative thinking, problem-solving, design research, human-centered and user-centered design. Madeleine held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group from July 2013 to August 2021, including Service Designer and Senior Manager positions, where responsibilities included aligning design strategy with transformation teams and leading customer experience insights. Prior experience includes leadership roles in user experience design at Vodafone, online strategy at SDL TRADOS, and account development at Digital River Inc. Madeleine holds an MA in Computer Science/Information Technology from Lund University.
