Paula Harrington has extensive experience in service design and business improvement, currently serving as a Service Designer and previously holding multiple roles, including Senior Journey Optimisation Manager and Business Improvement Manager at Acacium Group since October 2019. Prior experience includes 13 years at British Gas, where Paula took on various leadership roles, including Business Improvement Specialist, Team Leader, and Resource and Dialler Manager, leading improvement projects and overseeing operational teams within the Smart Metering division. Paula holds a BA Hons degree in Business and Marketing from Coventry University, completed in 2006.
