Natasha Pinto has extensive experience in leadership and inclusivity roles within the financial sector, currently serving as the Academe Linkage Program Manager at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since November 2005. As a Global Co-Lead of the LSEG Accessibility Network, Natasha focuses on empowering colleagues with disabilities and fostering an inclusive workplace. Natasha has previously held significant positions at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, including leadership roles in order management, corporate responsibility, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Natasha's educational background includes an MBA of Success in Personal Transformation, a diploma in Digital Product System, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore, India.
