Monique Morris-Perry

Monique Morris-Perry has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Banquet Captain and Banquet Manager at AC Hotels since January 2019, and as a Banquet Manager at Moxie's Grill & Bar since May 2018. Additionally, Monique has held various roles at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, starting as an Assistant Manager in March 2016 and later managing suites in Silks Fine Dining, Texas's largest restaurant. Previous experience includes positions as a Bartender at Levy Restaurants and Legends, and Event Operations Supervisor at Renaissance Hotels, where event coordination and guest satisfaction were prioritized. Monique began a career at Omni Hotels, progressing from Pool Bartender to Supervisor while completing the esteemed Stepping Up Program. Education includes a bartending certificate from the Premium Institute of Bartending and studies at Brown Mackie College.
