Ashley Howard

Ashley Howard, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP is a seasoned clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in geriatric care and medication management. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist at Included Health since December 2021, Ashley previously held a similar position at InnovAge from October 2019 to November 2021, where the focus was on comprehensive medication reviews for elderly patients with complex health issues. Prior experience includes nearly 11 years as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, emphasizing therapeutic management for patients with Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease. Ashley's training includes a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency at William Beaumont Health System, following a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University completed in 2007.
