Joshua Heidlebaugh has extensive work experience in the solar energy industry. Joshua has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in field operations, operations management, and installation management. Joshua has worked for companies such as Lonestar Solar Services, Alternative-Solar, Lumio, Vision Solar LLC, Powur PBC, Premeir Electrical, Momentum Solar, FSG Austin, Freedom Solar LLC, and South Texas Solar. Throughout their career, Joshua has showcased strong leadership skills and a diverse skill set in commercial and residential solar installation, troubleshooting, and project management.

Joshua Heidlebaugh attended The Ocean Corporation in 2007, where they obtained a degree in Commercial Diving with a focus on Underwater Welding & Construction, Dive Medicine, HAZMAT, and NDT Level 2 Certification. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Level II in PT, MT, and UT from ASNT, hazmat-40hrs from The Ocean Corporation, and offshore safety and survival from Texas A&M University. Joshua also holds certifications in man lift from Genie, OSHA 30 from OSHA-Training.com, and telescoping forklift from Equipment Depot.
