Duran Reid

Duran Reid is currently the Vice President - Strategic Partnerships in Aviation at Rinvio (Ignite Recruitment), a company dedicated to harnessing the power of referrals in talent acquisition. Duran is also the Co-Founder / COO of Water Rescue & Safety, a private water rescue and public safety organization. Additionally, Duran has experience as an Ocean Lifeguard/EMT at the Long Beach Fire Department and has held various roles in operations and water rescue at different companies in the past. Duran has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
