Jordan Edwards is an experienced professional in ticketing and patron services with a focus on Tessitura and box office operations. Currently serving as the Director of Ticketing at the Long Center for the Performing Arts, Jordan also operates a consulting firm specializing in Tessitura and box office management. Previous roles include Marketing & Patron Services Manager and Patron & Projects Manager at Sunset Cultural Center, as well as various positions at KERA, SFJAZZ, Ballet Arizona, and House of Blues, where responsibilities ranged from data integrity to marketing operations. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, a Master's degree in Art Teacher Education, and is pursuing an Associate of Science in Computer Science.
