Andrea Fernandez

Andrea Fernandez has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving in a Human Resources role at Long Meadow Ranch since April 2022. As Co-Founder and Secretary of The Martha Olson-Fernandez Foundation since April 2012, Andrea has contributed to efforts aimed at finding a cure for ALS and funding patient care and research on California's Central Coast. Previous positions include roles at Plaid, where Andrea progressed from Recruiting Coordinator to Manager in People Operations, and at Planview, Inc. as a Sales Development Representative. Early career experiences include teaching language and culture as a North American Assistant at IES Francisco Umbral and working as a Guest Services Agent at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has prior education at San Diego State University.
