Nicole Heaney is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple renowned establishments. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Long Meadow Ranch since November 2022, Nicole supports the Senior Culinary team with a range of responsibilities including ordering and managing banquet events. Previous positions include Executive Chef at Moana Restaurant Group and Chef De Cuisine at MacArthur Place. Nicole has also held significant roles as Chef De Cuisine at Carneros Resort and Spa and Executive Chef at River Terrace Inn, among others. An alumnus of Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Nicole earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in the culinary arts.
