Jeff Engle

Jeff Engle is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the paint and coatings industry as well as nonprofit management. Currently serving as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington since July 2017, Jeff Engle drives the organization’s mission and engages various stakeholders to foster positive community outcomes. In parallel, Jeff holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Long Painting Company and has been instrumental in business development since March 2011, focusing on securing bids for industrial and commercial projects across multiple states. Prior roles include Owner of Engle Coatings Solutions, Area Vice President at Parker Paint, and Director of Sales at Frazee Industries, where Jeff Engle developed successful strategies for sales and operations. Jeff Engle obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology from UC Irvine, graduating in 1978.
