Tracie Bretecher

Tracie Bretecher, CPP APMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracie started their career at ENMAX as an Event Planner in 2001 and then moved to Maritime Life as a Marketing Coordinator and Events Planner in 2002. Shortly after, they joined Sun Life Financial as a Business Development / Marketing Coordinator from 2003 to 2007.

In 2008, Tracie began their tenure at Long View Systems, where they held various roles over the years. Tracie started as a Team Lead for Proposal / Response Management Services, managing the proposal and response management team. Tracie also took on the responsibilities of proposal management for RFPs of large enterprise clients. Tracie provided expertise in proof-reading, wordsmithing, editing, and formatting during this time. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Manager of Sales Operations and was recently promoted to the role of Director of Sales Operations in July 2021.

In addition to their corporate career, Tracie has also pursued their passion for creating skincare products by founding Natural Silk Soaps & Lotions in 2020. This side venture has allowed their to combine their career at Long View with their newfound passion.

Tracie Bretecher completed their education at the Haskayne School of Business in 2017-2018, where they studied Business. Tracie also pursued a Practitioner level course at the Association of Proposal Management Professionals in 2015. Earlier, from 2002 to 2004, Tracie studied Strategic Marketing at the University of Calgary. In 2018, they obtained a CPP APMP degree from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Additionally, Tracie holds certifications including CP APMP obtained in 2016 and Foundations, Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
